MEMBER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
DuPont Community Credit Union is currently recruiting for 2 Full-Time Member
Service Executives for their NEW Harrisonburg office and Augusta County
locations. Duties include but are not limited to: conducting loan interviews with
members, cross servicing loan products using sales techniques to determine
and meet the members’ needs, informing members of loan decisions in a timely
fashion, disbursing funds and ensuring proper loan documentation. This position
is also responsible for opening new accounts, performing maintenance to loan
records when necessary, determining collateral values through the use of NADA,
and requesting credit reports.
The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent,
excellent interpersonal skills, a high aptitude for detailed work and accuracy, and
the ability to manage multiple tasks. This individual will also have demonstrated
ability to make decisions using sound judgment, experience working with
confidential files and materials and advanced listening skills. A minimum of 1
year lending experience and Spanish Bilingual is preferred but not required.
