The right player will be well networked, assertive, and enjoy the challenge of growing in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a solid history of commercial production with the ability to motivate a team.
Description:
•Responsible for market growth (heavy emphasis on commercial production)
•Participate in senior level strategic planning
•Direct commercial lenders and regional retail manager
•Responsible for bringing aboard new commercial team members
Strong Compensation – Benefit Package:
•Base compensation: $90,000 to $130,000
