Managing Directors' Assistant

Manage all functions for Sr. Managing Director and Director of Private Wealth Management firm. Heavy interaction with a multitude of Financial Advisors from across the nation, as well as Senior Management in NY headquarters. Role consists of managing hectic schedules, travel arrangements, answering phones, writing and editing correspondence, running reports, creating and updating spreadsheets, preparing presentations, and participating in special projects. Also responsible for preparation of meetings, expense reports, faxing, filing, copying and all other administrative support functions. This position is a permanent opportunity and will pay between $45,000 - $55,000 plus overtime. CB131044
