DUTIES:
1. Effectively apply management practices in planning and overseeing the work of assigned BA and QA staff members and provide project management leadership. 2. Develop and maintain metrics that define successful performance for the roles within the department. 3. Analyze and evaluate BA and QA processes to ensure that procedures and methodologies are highly efficient and achieve the customer satisfaction and profitability objectives of the department. Analyze and resolve escalated issues from staff. 4. Work collaboratively with ETS, Operations, Legal and Customer Support management representatives across the enterprise to understand objectives surrounding revenue generation, cost reduction and customer satisfaction as it applies to the Web and its use. 5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry; best practices and emerging/existing technologies in support of the identification, proposal and integration of new systems and processes that will positively impact the overall operational efficiency, department scalability, overhead cost and revenue/profitability objectives of the department. Desired: 5 years project management, understanding of Information Architecture, Usability and attributes which contribute to a Best in Class customer experience, PMI certification, Six Sigma training.>>
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Management or supervisory experience. 2. Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 2 years of Internet Technology/Web experience. 3. 5 years application support experience. 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications. 6. Desired: 5 years project management, understanding of Information Architecture. 7. Usability and attributes which contribute to a Best in Class customer experience. 8. PMI certification. 9. Six Sigma training. Knowledge of B2B web applications and business application support is an advantage. Knowledge of small business and commercial banking is a plus. 10. The need for Commercial web experience / B2B>>
