The Manager, Treasury Product Support I will be responsible for the following:Assist Product Strategy in the analysis of new and enhanced Treasury Management products and services. This includes support in vendor reviews, preparation of information to be presented to the PMO leadership team as an initiative passes the stages of approval and activation, and in the preparation of all documentation required by the Project Management Framework (Business Requirements, Project Charter, Document of Understanding, etc).Takes an active leadership role in the implementation of all approved changes to existing products and new products. May lead the project team and/or serve as a key contributor. Works with a cross functional team including Operations and Service Delivery, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Training, Marketing and Sales and Business Performance to ensure effective implementation.
Assist Product Strategy in the analysis of pricing strategies for new and existing Treasury management products and services.Partners with Finance and Product Strategy to ensure appropriate financial reporting for Treasury Management products.Partners with Risk and Compliance to ensure Treasury Management Products are in compliance with applicable regulations.Provides subject matter expertise in the resolution of system and processing disruptions to ensure effective recovery and mitigation of negative impact to clients.Assists in identifying opportunities to close product related service gaps.Ensures in collaboration with cross functional team the architecting of procedures necessary to support effective sales and service of Treasury Management products.Work with Account Officers and Treasury Management Sales to provide support to the sales process.Assist in developing marketing materials, product-packaging materials, and product rollout plans for new products and enhancements.Ensure Treasury Management sales and collateral materials are accurate and complete (includes material on the public web site).Special projects, as assigned.AJB Zip: 27804
