Full Job Title: Manager SEC Reporting Skills Management Title Financial AccountingJob Level: MANAGEMENTBusiness Component: Boeing World HeadquartersJob Description: Lead a small Team of CPA's with responsibility for external reporting including SEC quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) filings. Additional responsibilities include interfacing with investor relations to ensure consistency between press releases and SEC filings, work closely with our independent auditor, support preparation of the Annual report, preparing Audit Committee presentation material, coordination of Disclosure Committee meetings and work Corporate level external reporting and technical accounting issues. Competencies Financial reporting expertise - strong technical financial accounting skills with an emphasis in SEC reporting. Good verbal and written communication skills. Build positive relationships by working with all management levels and finance personnel with diverse backgrounds. Provides coaching to build an effective Team and develop direct reports by providing challenging assignments, while providing frequent feedback. Managing work and providing leadership to meet deadlines by efficiently organizing and dispositioning multiple tasks simultaneously while operating in a fast moving, high stress environment.Notes: 8+ years experience. Experience with Big 4 Accounting firm a plus.
