Banking Center Managers coach their team to listen to customers, understand their needs and offer value added financial advice that meets customer needs. They are responsible for the total performance of the Banking Center and are expected to capture the growth and retention opportunities within the existing customer base and specific segments of the external market. They utilize Market Management Routines to enhance the effectiveness of the center and ensure employees are aware of new initiatives, products and services. They help the team adapt to the changing environment with effective sales and people management practices. They are knowledgeable about the products and services offered through RBC Centura and its affliates and proactively identify opportunities for themselves and the team to refer customers to their colleagues. They act as a role model and demonstrate the principles of RBC Financial Group Values of Integrity, Diversity, Responsibility, Teamwork and Service.
