All candidates must posess:strong working knowledge of FHA, Conventional & Sub- Prime Mortgage products and programsmust have 3 Years of experience in the Residential Mortgage Industryhave the ability to recruit, hire, manage, train & motivate at least Six Loan OfficerBranch will be required to close a minimun of $2 Million dollars in loans per year
REQUIREMENTS
RequirementsFour year college degree, or equivalent mortgage industry experienceAt least three years management experienceStrong leadership skills to direct a staff of up to 25 personsWell-developed planning skillsArticulate, well-regarded local citizenAbility to listen, communicate, and maintain a professional manner with employees and customersPreferred Spanish speaker but is not a requirement..Lot of experience in FHA Loan.Have a minimum of 3 Loan Officer to start the Branch.
