In this role, you will support the Bankā??s mission by assisting our customers with achieving their financial goals. Job Summary:
> This position provides the opportunity for experienced Managers to apply their skills while learning the various functions, activities, policies, and procedures of a permanent branch
> Directs, controls, and administers the operations of a branch
> Accepts long or short-term assignments for 6 to 9 months in any branch where needed within the district
> The employee will be assigned to traditional or in-store branch dependent on prior experience or educational background
> Ensures customer service standards are maintained
> Achieves branch goals and growth objectives
> Manages, motivates, coaches, and supports branch employees
> Informs the District Manager about branch results
> Develops and promotes good community relations Job Requirements
Education(ED), Experience(EX), and Knowledge/Abilities (K/A), required for competent performance in the job:ED Traditional Branch: Two (2) years college or equivalent; and courses in Accounting, Management, Supervision, Consumer Lending, Economics, Business Communications.
Instore Branch: College degree in Business Finance Marketing or equivalent
ED Licensing Requirements are branch specific. Contact your Recruitment Specialist for additional information.
EX Traditional Branch: One Year (1) Financial Service Manager experience.Instore Branch: Three years sales experience with at least one (1) year supervisory experience.

K/A Thorough knowledge of the banking industry.
K/A Knowledge of legal responsibilities to customers and for the Bank's protection.
K/A Ability to market and cross-sell bank products and services.
K/A Knowledge of consumer lending and commercial lending practices, laws, and procedures for completion of loan documentation.
K/A Ability to evaluate and structure consumer loan requests according to established credit standards.
K/A Strong management skills and problem solving and decision making ability
K/A Ability to deal effectively with customers.
K/A Thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures.
K/A Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
