Manage and supervise the CRA Data Analysis and Reporting Function
Set annual goals for the Lending, Investment and Services tests as required by CRA and through Benchmarking studies
Oversee filing of annual CRA data to the government
Provide monthly monitoring reports for all relevant business areas
Oversee data gathering, analysis and reporting on all CRA related activities for our company
Identify weaknesses promptly and bring to manager’s attention
Assist with conducting of quarterly CRA performance self-assessment for each banking charter.
Assist with conducting of CRA examination preparation
Participate in management of CRA examinations
Assist with annual process self-assessment and help manage internal audits
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years experience in CRA data management and reporting.
High level of expertise in technology required for CRA data management and reporting including CRA Wiz.
Demonstrated ability to perform and lead others in fast-changing, decentralized environment.
At least 2 years experience in supervising others.
Very strong analytical, oral/written communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ability to travel occasionally.


Preferred:

10 years experience in CRA data management and reporting.
5 years preparing for and managing CRA

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
