Manager - Branch Manager

Optimum Staffing, Inc. is the industry leader in providing third party temporary logistical personnel and is recognized for our outstanding service and quality drivers. We are currently in search of a Branch Manager for our Pittsburgh office. The job requires a candidate to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, generate new sales leads through cold calling and referrals, maintain our current customer base through customer service and relationship building, troubleshoot any problematic issues that may arise, review and maintain outstanding invoices, actively recruit drivers and dispatch drivers to our accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess three to four years experience in management, sales and operations. College degree preferred. Knowledge of computer software, (Word, Excel, Office, etc.) ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, strong leadership background and outstanding communication and organizational skills are necessary, emphasis on workplace and environmental safety, success in recruitment and retention of CDL A Truck Drivers. Must have direct experience in the transportation industry and familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations. Previous transportation or personnel sales and/or management helpful.
