We currently have Underwriter positions available at our Ahwatukee, AZ location:

The successful candidates will be responsible for underwriting subprime residential loans, ensuring compliance with appropriate company, regulatory and applicable secondary marketing investor standards; reviewing and evaluating information on mortgage loan documents to determine if borrower, property, and loan conditions meet company and government standards; and making decisions on exceptions to policy (underwriting/pricing) within authority limits.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have two year's related experience and training; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential. Must have a working knowledge of all facets of residential mortgage. Subprime experience strongly preferred.
