MORTGAGE SALES ASSISTANT

You will work closely with the VP of Retail Sales assisting with problem resolution, customer contact and daily support functions.

- Assist Loan Originators and Team Leaders in the development of new business opportunities through direct customer contact, marketing efforts to existing and previous customers, and sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales information and presentations with regards to lead generation and assignment.
- Maintain customer databases and coordinate the loan application process
REQUIREMENTS
- Two to Four years or related experience
- Knowledge of Genesis preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, well organized
- Able to handle multiple priorities
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
