REQUIREMENTS
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

MUST have 2+ years of mortgage processing!
Demonstrated ability to provide motivational leadership and meet/exceed corporate goals and objectives
Ensure file quality and minimum corporate standards are met prior to file submission to underwriting
Work closely with operations and sales management to identify continuous improvement opportunities
