REQUIREMENTS


Roles and Responsibilities??

• Gain a clear understanding of the mortgage process from origination thru funding
• Originate loans from telemarketing, referrals, company marketing, leads and call-ins
• List the customer’s benefits from the loan, explain benefits and handle customer questions
• Meet with customers, review and gather all necessary documents pertaining loan
• Keep customer informed of loan progress throughout the loan process
• Full-time Loan officer hours: MONDAY thru THURSDAY 11am – 9pm & FRIDAY 10am – 5pm
• Loan officers are expected to show up for work on time and dress and act according to professional office standards
