REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have:

Minimum of 1 year experience originating and closing residential or commercial mortgage loans
Excellent organization, communication and closing skills
Detailed knowledge of mortgage lender guidelines and ability to structure loans
Superior sales and motivation skills
A strong desire to be successful as part of a winning team
Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers, Loan Originators, Real Estate Lender
