Market Street Mortgage, a national mortgage lender and part of the NetBank,
Inc. family of businesses, is currently seeking the following professionals
for our Corporate Office in Clearwater:

POST CLOSING SPECIALIST
The qualified candidate will review loan closing documents for accuracy,
including conventional, FHA and VA first and second mortgages. Two years
experience or related closing, title or processing experience preferred.

LOAN SET-UP ANALYST
The successful candidate will audit, correct and service loans, including
managing payments, escrows, and adjustable rate mortgages; and accurately
enter data to update records. Mortgage/accounting experience preferred.
