Michael Page International is working with a growing Property Management firm in Montgomery County, PA. Our client is currently searching for a Financial Analyst to join the Budgeting and Planning Group. They are looking for a very strong candidate to assist in the monthly and quarterly analysis of financial results and to assist in the ongoing analysis of the properties owned. Qualified candidates should be very adept at financial analysis and the use of all Microsoft Office products.

REQUIREMENTS
BA or BS preferably in Business or a related discipline.
Prior experience working for a REIT or a real estate company is highly preferred.
Strong experience in finance and accounting.
Budgeting and forecasting experience is required.
