MANAGER / FINANCE/OPERATIONS

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial forecasting and expense analysis

Organizing employee performance review processes compensation and promotions analysis

Preparing financial plans for corporate finance product and industry groups / Project Management (both Operational and Financial projects)Coordinating with accounting department regarding expense recognition and revenue accrual

General operations tasks including equipment ordering, invoice processing, headcount analyses, hiring projections, etc.

Ad hoc assignments and drafting of presentations for Budget and Planning Manager and Head of Corporate Finance

Competitive analyses, coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure divisional compliance
REQUIREMENTS
JOB SPECIFICATIONS

BA, MBA, MA OR MS or equivalent with emphasis in finance/accounting

Solid understanding of Capital Markets

Strong written and oral communication skills

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Regular interaction with corporate finance personnel, other RBC departments, and external vendors

Foster relationships internally with other industry and product groups

Regular interaction with other RBC departments including HR, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Real Estate and Facilities
