Lockbox General Manager-Bethlehem, PA

And to that end we're seeking a General Manager for our Bethlehem, PA lockbox/remittance processing facility!

Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
Responsible for effective Lockbox Services at our Bethlehem, PA processing facility including strategic management issues.
Direct and lead management staff members who are responsible for managing division and/or department activities and employees.
Develops annual budget and P&L forecasting.
Justifies capital requests; formulates policy according to company objectives, government regulations and clients' contract terms.
Prepares forecasts and projections for employment, financial and business needs.
Consults with management; interprets CDS policy, purposes and goals; analyzes work flow.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Desired (not all inclusive):

Four-year degree PLUS ten years successful and documentable operational management experience in magazine or product fulfillment and/or lockbox(REMITTANCE)processing industry REQUIRED; MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE MUST BE IN OPERATIONAL SIDE OF CONSUMER FULFILLMENT PROCESSING AND/OR LOCKBOX PROCESSING ENVIRONMENT.
Five plus years documented, successful and progressively complex strategic management experience in managing 150 or more employees.
Experience with "for-profit" company REQUIRED.
General understanding of CDS systems and software or related fulfillment systems required.
Excellent PC knowledge required.
Demonstrated, successful experience advising and consulting with others on complex matters requiring application of legal, financial, technical and management principles.
Able to guide/assist management to meet department's and/or division's strategic vision.
Excellent team building/relationship building skills.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Relocation to BETHLEHEM, PA or surrounding area required.
Above average-excellent communication skills.
Stable work history.
