THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in a career in the Mortgage/Finance industry. As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll analyze detailed mortgage loan information and provide knowledgeable and friendly telephone customer service and assistance to our borrowers. Our Specialist are committed to identifying problems and providing effective solutions that best meet the needs of the company and our customers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Degree and/or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of Customer Service or call center experience required
PC literacy (Excel and Word preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
