Loan Servicing Clerk

Purpose:
On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for authorizing checks to be written and approving invoices to be paid for foreclosure actions.

Other responsibilities include:

*Inputting all updates computer systems as required

*Completing reports timely and accurately

*Preparing & calculating figures

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have 1-2 years default mortgage servicing experience. Individuals will also have to have strong verbal, ability to multi-task, and written communication skills. Qualified candidates will have basic Microsoft Office skills.

$11-13.00 Hour
