Loan Services Representative

Loan Center Customer Service Representative. Knowledge of consumer and commercial loans. Intermediate knowledge of mortgage loans including insurance/tax payment procedures and impound accounts. Excellent customer services skills. Metavante and AFS. Boards mortgage loans on the Metavante system. Reviews boarding package for completeness. Hanldes a high volume of telephone and email requests to resolve inquiries and issues regarding loan servicing.Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in loan servicing or customer service required.
Knowledge of impounds and escrow accounts, functionality of tax service agencies, applicable regulations, consumer laws and banking industry practices required.
5 years of loan experience (e.g. boarding, payments and maintenance) as well as prior customer service background in assisting clients to resolve issues preferred.
Knowledge of the Metavante Loan & AFS system is preferred.
Knowledge of credit card or demand deposit products preferrred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Ability to communicate effectively required.
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a detail-oriented environment required.
Must be computer literate with an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
