Loan Servicer

Assist in day-to-day system administration.
Provide training and guidance to a new or less experienced staff.
Assist Systems Administrator adn Group Managers in monitoring systme usage, problems, etc.
Handle exception activity and resolve non-routine problems.
Assist in coordinating projects and functions such as mortgage acquisitions and implementing system changes.
Research and assist group manager in implementing mortgage systems enhancements and changes.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma, some college preferred.
Computer literacy in mortgage servicing software, word processing, and spreadshees usage. Basic knowledge of script writing desirable. Thorough knowledge and experience of mortgage servicing processes in 2-3 functional areas. Ability to interact with all level of mortgage banking personnel.
