In addition, Wachovia would gain mortgage lending operations under the World Savings Bank name in 39 states.Loan Service Counselor In this position, you will collect on designated delinquent accounts, maintain excellent customer relations with borrowers and effectively solve issues in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. You will be responsible for demonstrating strong customer service skills, while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers. In addition, you will negotiate account resolution and accurately input/document actions within the collection systems, while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. You will also escalate calls to the RCC Management Team as needed. Additionally, you will initiate external contact with customers or perform basic skip tracing.

REQUIREMENTS
High School or equivalent is required. One plus years’ collections experience and/or customer service experience preferred. Hours for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (three days per week), 11 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (one day per week) and noon to 9:00 p.m. (one day per week); and every other Saturday.
