Works closely with the Loan Production Manager to structure the loan with the customer; prepare problem tracking memorandum; work with credit dept. to complete the underwriting process; perform the A&D analysis spread; assist with the closing process, working closely with due diligence, appraisal, credit and legal teams. Ensures outstanding items on the Compliance and Exception Reports produced by the credit dept. are resolved. Facilitates A & D Draw requests. Assists in the preparation for quarterly Portfolio reviews with Sr. Mgt. Assists with the preparation of the Market Summary Report.
