If you are looking to increase your knowledge base of loan processing and an opportunity to learn more about the mortgage industry, you have come to the right place. We are looking for a high-energy person who has a minimum of 1 year of loan processing experience and excellent customer service skills. In this role you will prepare loan files for underwriting stage. This includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities: product selection, printing of guidelines & distribution of relevant disclosures to borrower and broker, order credit reports, data entry of 1003, verify appraiser, Section 32 validation. Additional duties will include: ensure new loan set-up meets GPM stated turn times; monitor and maintain flow of loans in pipeline from receipt of file through underwriting to doc draw/closing; retrieve conditions and follow up with broker on outstanding conditions or documents; coordinate with Prefunding Analysis for QA reviews and communicating with brokers and team members regarding status of the loans and updating loan status in the computer system.Essential Skills
