As a Loan Processing Service Representative you will provide customer support for broker and sales team inquiries; lock GPX firsts and seconds without error; quote GPX policy, procedures, turntimes and product particulars with accuracy; complete loan amount changes and program modifications to approved loans through Loan Processing. You will also assist in processing incoming faxes; respond to broker/sales team e-mail and voicemail in a timely manner; prepare files to be submitted to docs; manage a pipeline of approved files to ensure that all locked loans move through the system in a timely manner and fund successfully.Essential Skills
Competent in Loan Origination System - Empower.
Understanding of the basics of file mechanics.
Understanding of GPX fax processing procedures.
Understanding of GPX file flow.
Must be able to complete several daily tasks accurately and timely in addition to handling incoming service requests.
Must have strong customer service orientation.Job Requirements
