Job Duties
Be proficient with all existing and emerging investor Loan products, guidelines, incentives and rate sheets.
Determine with which investor a particular loan should be placed.
Manage the pipeline by driving each investor loan through the system.
Establish and maintain a working relationship with each of the investors and have a strong working knowledge on all investor web sites.
Develop weekly seminars (trainings) for Loan Representatives and office personnel.
Submit, lock, and follow up on loan conditions. Check conditions on each loan from approval through funding.
Ensure timely funding of a loan by working with Loan Processors and Loan Representatives.
Pre-underwrite each Loan file, closely checking ratios and FICO scores, making sure a complete package is in place before sending to the investor.
Follow up on loans without a decision and showing on the system for 15 days, plus make sure loans are denied and withdrawn within the appropriate time frame from Calyx and the ALPS system.
Maintain a daily Fact Report as well as a weekly Loan Status or Fact Report.
Work closely with the District Manager to develop office incentive programs in order to challenge/motivate personnel towards surpassing pre-established Loan quotas, etc.
Assist in monitoring the performance and duties of office personnel as well as assist in the recruiting and training of new personnel.
Train office personnel on Calyx-Point broker system as well World?s Loan Processing systems as needed; including monitoring of system upgrades and/or processing changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage Loan Processing or closing.
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage industry, including pricing loans with several national lenders.
Broker processing experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Calyx-Point software.
Prior experience with several Loan programs a plus.
Customer service oriented.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow compliance requirements and policy.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to successfully work within a team of 2 to 5 persons in a sales environment.
Intermediate computer skills, including a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office® applications.
