We promote a consultative approach that identifies a borrower’s needs, financial goals, and residency plans, and fits them into a loan program that best meets their needs and goals. We are a retail platform that is focused on volume production. Heavy phones and time management is a must to succeed at Magellan Capital Mortgage. An average loan officer has the annual earning potential of 75K. Top performers are exceeding 100K.
