Job Description:
MorEquity, a rapidly expanding subsidiary of American General Financial Services, an AIG company, is seeking Loan Originators to play a key role in its continued growth and success in Memphis, TN. Backed by the financial strength of American General Financial Services, MorEquity is poised for a record year of growth in home lending. MorEquity is a national mortgage lender licensed in 23 states and will expand into numerous more by early 2007.

Mortgage Loan Originators

Unlimited income potential (includes generous base salary).
Monday – Friday work week. Weekends off.
Desire to make $100,000 or more per year.
Ample leads from calling campaigns calling existing customers, internet leads and calls from direct mail campaigns. NO COLD CALLING. LEADS ARE PROVIDED.
Must have a basic knowledge of mortgage lending products
Have a good speaking voice on the phone.
1-2 years sales experience
Windows and MS Office basic skills.
