REQUIREMENTS
Work directly with the home owners gathering information about their requirements and taking loan applications. Create the loan package that will best serve the needs of the customer. Work closely with loan processor and support staff to provide efficient customer service. Inside Sales experience with the ability to build relationships and trust over the phone is very important to this position. Must be goal and service oriented. Self starters that can work independently while in a team environment. Your previous telemarketing or refinance experience and strong sales ability will lead you to a career that is very rewarding. Loan Processors comfortable with working with the homeowners gathering information, good with numbers, multi tasking skills needed.
