Loan Operations Generalist – Document Imaging

Location: Loan Center

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
One to two years loan operations or lending assistant experience
Ability to work in fast-paced team environment, handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with personnel from other departments
Good customer service skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Good time management and organization skills
Intermediate level computer competency including Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good typing skills (30-35 wpm)
Good filing skills
General knowledge of:

• Commercial, real estate, and consumer loan documents

• Loan products

• Loan policies

• Loan processes and procedures


Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with banking operations and compliance
General knowledge of banking products, policies, processes, systems and procedures

Duties:
Review and prepare loan documents received from officers for scanning and indexing
