Loan Officers, Trainees, Processors

We are a rapidly growing mortgage company operating in 37 states in need of licensed loan officers, trainees, and processors. With our aggressive marketing campaigns, we never have a shortage of customers. Our loan officers have more leads than they could possibly ever handle. Due to the large volume of business that we are generating, we are forced to hire additional staff so that we may service our potential clients. Our current staff is overwhelmed with the volume of leads they get daily and and begging me to hire more people. Our phones never stop ringing. No cold calls. No prospecting. Every call is a good, qualified lead that is looking for your services. If you are goal oriented, dependable and willing to work in a team environment, then we need to meet. REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for individuals that are aggressive, goal oriented, punctual and dedicated to getting the job done. Good organizational skills are a plus but a team player is a must. LO's need to have an Illinois Originator's license in good standing. Trainees must be willing to put the time in to learn the business and processors have to be detail oriented and familiar with a variety of automated underwriting engines.
