Loan Officers (Outside Sales)

Outside Retail Loan OfficersJOB DESCRIPTION
- You will be responsible for sourcing purchase business within the assigned territory.
- Develop purchase business from outside referral sources, such as realtors and builders.
- You will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the purchase market, and the ability to articulate our pricing, products and programs. This is an outside sales position.
- You will need to be extremely comfortable with developing purchase business from your outside sources.
- Building and fostering strong internal working relationships with Underwriting and Processing.
- Maintaining sales contact, pipeline, and other sales activity reports through the entire loan process
- Generate business through effective use of our Marketing Leads System
*************************************************REQUIREMENTS
***MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DRE LICENSE!*Proven successful sales experience, preferably sub-prime lending or one year of sales experience, where relationship building is important. We will consider (Inside Sales) Retail Loan Officers or Wholesale Account Executives.
