Loan Officers/Mortgage Consultants
We have recently opened a new mortgage branch in Charlotte, and are looking to staff our new office with loan officers, and future management candidates. Mortgage sales experience is a plus, but not required. We are lookinjg for candidates with inside sales experience primarily, or a collections, insurance or other financial services background. Other candidates with a succesful track record in sales will be considered as well.
You will receive ongoing sales & personal development training from our District Manager who was a top producing LO closing an average of 135 loans annually prior to becoming a manager, and has been a top manager for the last 5 years, driving his individual LO's to produce an average monthly volume of $2,300,000 and $65,000 in monthly gross point income!!!
All management candidates will also receive leadership skills training. We offer full benefits after 90 days – including health, vision and dental, as well as a 401K plan.
You will be responsible for the origination of residential and/or commercial mortgages, maintaining and developing customer relationships, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
We are licensed to do business in the following states:
NC, MI, SC, FL, VA, MD, CO, WY, MT, OR and AK
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
A solid level of professionalism, customer service, persona, interpersonal and overall communication skills.
A track record of success in sales and/or a professional discipline.
At least 2 years in inside sales, collections, and other financial sales. MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Integrity, a strong moral code, a commitment to your community, a reputation for customer service, and a desire to develop one's career.
Strong computer skills preferred.
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
