Loan Officer Training

TRAINING: Savings 1st Mortgage will provides an excellent Training Program for qualified Entry-Level Loan Officers. We will teach you the mortgage business!

PHONE CALLS: Savings 1st Mortgage will provide you with excellent phone training and show you how to make calls to current homeowners that are in debt, with the purpose of saving them money every month! Loan Officers make in home appointments.

HOURS: The hours our employees work are the best hours to be successful in the mortgage industry. First week of training hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm. Second week and on are Monday thru Thursday 11am to 8pm and Fridays 9am to 5pm.

PAY: Savings 1st Mortgage is very proud to be able to offer our employees a minimum wage draw ($6.15 an hour) until their first commission check! This means nobody will ever miss a paycheck!Medical and Dental Benefits and 401(K) available!
