About the position: United Mortgage Group is looking for a dynamic sales associate to enhance its sales force and generate new business. Our sales associates are motivated, competitive, and are rewarded based on their individual sales performance. **No Outside Sales**In this fast-paced position, you will originate real estate-secured loans through sales prospecting on the phone and referral relationships. You will meet with clients, assess their short-term and long-term objectives, and cater a mortgage program to meet their individual needs.Associates start with a competitive base salary of $28,000 and have the opportunity to earn commissions in excess of $100,000 their first year of employment.If you don't have experience in the mortgage industry but are goal oriented and enthusiastic, we can help train you in all areas of the industry.
