Real Estate Resource has expanded and moved our headquarters to Orland Park. We are a banker/broker that has been in business for four years and have already expand three times. We are licensed in Illinois and Indiana. Recently we have built a new facility, which can handle our growth and the expansion into the Real Estate Sales business. We do FHA/VA, Conventional and commercial loans our niche is B C D purchases. I also will lend my own money so you can do purchase loans that no other broker can do. I underwrite the loans and make the decisions. In spring of 2007 we are opening our real estate company, leads will go directly to our Loan Officers and if you are licensed you can lend and sell. How nice will it be walking next door to a Real Estate company? Loan Officers that are producing will have leads passed out daily from our mailers and Internet leads and soon our own Realtors. I want people who are not afraid to work and have the drive needed to make lots of money. I need Managers to run their own team along with 20 new Loan officers. Slackers need not apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

Call on Realtors, developers, builders, CPA’s, business to business contacts and banks for referral business
Develop long term relationships from clients through customer satisfaction
Originate residential, commercial, and small business loans
Continuing education so you are the most knowledgeable in our industry on new programs and state laws.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Sales experience or loan officer experience, licensed brokers a plus! (Mortgage Experience not required)
Self motivated to succeed with effective decision making skills and posses sound judgment
Basic computer knowledge and capabilities
Must have excellent networking and relationship building skills
Bilingual a plus
Required to pass Illinois Originator Exam, employment, credit and driving background check
Ability to make sales calls daily and seek out your own customer base
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have excellent time management skills
Able to be on commission based income only (salaries are for weak sales people who rely on others)

Manager Requirements
Two years loan origination experience and licensed top producers only (I can train you to become a manager if you lack management experience)
Managers must be producing purchase loans and have established contacts
Verifiable income to prove you are a top producer
