Here's what our Loan Officers do:
Follow up with prequalified borrowers. Secured Funding brings the client to you!
Review Secured Funding’s array of mortgage products with potential customers and answer any questions to inform the customer on how to reach their personal financial needs.
You are the customer advocate, taking ownership of the customer's loan needs, delivering a product that satisfies that need, and managing the loan through all stages of funding ensuring that the loan process is executed in an efficient manner

About Us

Training
You'll learn the mortgage business from the ground up in our two week training program and put you on the fast track to reaching your financial goals. Secured Funding offers a unique training program designed to ensure that our Loan Officers are empowered to become top producers.

Income potential well over 6 figures.
REQUIREMENTS
Industry experience is not required, we'll train you.

Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
6 month + positive sales history/experience preferred
Effective interpersonal and communications skills
Well-developed customer service skills
Ability to problem-solve, exercise independent judgment, show initiative, and ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Superb phone selling skills; closing transactions
Works constructively under stress and pressure
You must be a highly motivated professional with a history of achievement to apply
