As a loan officer with Chase Home Finance (CHF), you will solicit mortgage loans from referral sources. Those sources include, but are not limited to, realtors, builders and other networking avenues. In this role you will take complete applications for mortgage loans, including follow-up for documentation required for processing in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, keep all parties to the transaction informed as to status of application, set the customers'/sources expectations and educate them on the entire mortgage origination process and quote rates to the customers and follow through to ensure the loan is properly locked. You will comply with all Federal and State compliance policies and adhere to all HMDA requirements.

Salary structure for this position is 100% commission.

Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or mortgage banking experienceCollege degree or equivalent work experience preferredSales and consulting skills requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of real estate market in local areaKnowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelinesFHA/VA sales experience preferredSolid PC skillsTyping skills
