Loan Officer Job Overview As a CFIC loan officer, you will originate from a branch office of CFIC Home Mortgage. Unlike most companies offering branch opportunities, CFIC operates with a very flexible business model created to allow for many different originating styles. Because you'll be working from an already established branch, you'll also have the support and guidance from other branch associates. From lead purchasing to ad placement, we will do what it takes to ensure you're finding clients. You'll have the freedom to decide what types of loans to originate and close and you'll have access to tools that will help you reach your target market.

Loan Officer Qualifications CFIC loan officers must have at least 1 year experience originating home mortgages.
