Basic Function:Qualify leads and obtain customers for mortgage loan products. Verify homeowner information over the telephone, and set appointments. Successfully achieve daily and weekly packages requirements.Responsibilities:Contact prospective customers in designated area via the telephone.Correspond with customers as frequently as necessary to meet and support sales lead for the company.Qualify leads and verify homeowner’s information.Schedule needed appointments with customers and forwards all information onto preliminaryrequirement sheet.Retrieve appropriate paperwork and information in relation to mortgages and refinancing.Utilize company leads to expand current customer base and follow up all leads promptly.Maintain, update, and organize files on all assigned customers.Complete and submit customer activity reports each week on all leads and appointments set.Analyze customer files and promptly make corrections and/or modifications to files.Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database.Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior sales experience preferred.
Phone experience a plus.
