Loan Documentation Administrator

Our client, a major international bank will hire a Loan Documentation Administrator in their Legal and Compliance department. The overall purpose of this Administrator position is to assist in maintaining the loan portfolio documentation and other documents and maintaining the scanning of all such documentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Receiving all documentation (loan, KYC, customer account)
•Preparation, maintenance and storage of files in vault
•Retrieval and follow-up for all request of files released from vault (Audit, loan officers, legal, support staff)Job Requirements
•1 + years experience in loan documentation/loan review
•Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
•2-year degree or equivalent experience in financial services/loan operations
