Loan Counselor

Nationwide Lender company seeks Loan Counselors for their fast growing Home Loan department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Qualify, structure and close residential home loan customers from direct to consumer inbound and outbound calling.
- Establish long term sales relationships with comsumer and other business partners utilizing companys unique marketing tools while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
- Work with internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan.
- maintain requierd CE requirements and various state exam requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years originating residential loan applications
- Knowledge of the selling process with expereince with pre-qualifying principles and practices.
- Convetional (conforming and non-conforming) FHA with the ability to price and originate all loan types.
-Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong PC proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours on a regular basis including select hours ranging from 6am to 6pm, 7 days a week. (5 day work week)

- High School Education or equivalent (related college degree preferred)
