Loan Coordinator

Loan Coordinator for large mortgage company. The job requires a lot of customer interface over the telephone to coordinate detailed paperwork and documents in preparation for loan processing and loan closure. Candidates need to be able to work some overtime and the position will start as a 3-6 month contract paid by the hour with overtime and may lead to a permanent position. Candidates will need to withstand extensive financial and criminal background checks. This a fast paced structured environment similar to a call center. The position is just a part of the loan process, dealing with appraisals and inspections. The pay rate in $15-16 an hour and located in North Dallas.
