Receive appropriate levels of administrative and technical support as well as monthly marketing allowance to drive volume.
Job Duties
Develop referrals through multiple sources such as consumers, realtors, and financial planners.
Maintain working knowledge of an array of product lines including conforming, nonconforming, and 100% financing loans.
Work with new borrowers to generate applications and provide status of loans.
Ensure that applications consistently meet fundamental Underwriting standards.
Attend open houses in the area to represent and promote Home Loan Expert products.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all real estate Loan programs sufficiently to explain products in detail to borrowers, realtors, and other interested parties.
Maintain knowledge of pricing and all competitors? rate sheets.
Understand content and intent of applicable fair-lending and disclosure regulations.
Job Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
1-2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the mortgage industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Superior organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to create and execute an innovative, detailed business/marketing plan.
Basic computer skills necessary to obtain information/status of loans.
Valid driver?s license and clean driving record.
Knowledge of Loan products and industry procedures.
