Loan Closer
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a result of our aggressive expansion program, we are looking for a highly motivated individual at our Atlanta, GA office, who wants to be part of our winning team. As a Loan Closer you will be responsible for reviewing and approving loans for final conditions, obtain final closing numbers from Title company, scheduling loan closings, shipping closing packages daily and inputting loan closing information into loan database system.

REQUIREMENTS
THE CHALLENGE:
This is a full-time, professional financial services administrative position. It requires good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
We seek a motivated, success-oriented, self-starter who wants to maximize their career potential. Competitive candidates will possess a minimum of 1 to two years of mortgage processing experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
