Loan Closer

Approves loan package and prepares/initiates loan proceeds as instructed by Lender, customer and title company according to federal requirements. Evaluates and coordinate the setting of priority of loan packages to be pre-reviewed, prepared and closed within the required deadline. Reviews loan documents according to Credit Authorization to ensure proper execution and that complete information, fees and additionally required documentation have been obtained from the customer and proper legal compliance requirements have been followed. Assures all proper documentation has been done to ensure our lien will be perfected. Makes decisions on loan closings. Audits consumer, commercial and real estate loan documentation, transmits loan documentation, posts review and close of loan. Reviews documentation to ensure proper legal and compliance requirements have been adhered to and ensuring customer satisfaction. Corrects any inaccuracies in documentation. Processes and submits lien instructions for recording to provide prompt assignment of bank's security interest. Confirms all required coding and risk management is present. Other duties assigned.
Loan Closer II, X20 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of credit associated lending, Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
