REQUIREMENTS
Job Summary:Independent management of GTO AM’s compliance with the bank’s Technology and Operations risk and control policies and, as appropriate, the escalation, co-ordination of remediation and reporting of the activities involved in this function.Primary Responsibilities:GTO AM global business representatives contact point for audit, regulatory and policy compliance issuesEnsuring GTO AM compliance with policies and procedures, working with CIOs and their Global Divisional Representatives and the various bank wide departments establishing the bank’s policies and practicesCompletion of elements of monthly management reporting packsRepresenting GTO AM on a number of GTO COO working parties and committeesReview of risk assessments of outsourced activitiesReview of audit issue management responses Communication and or training to GTO AM IT and Operations staff No direct reports.Skill/Experience Requirements:Risk and control background in the areas of Information Technology and, or OperationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAsset Management background Time management
